I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently situated next to a metro station, making it extremely easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was very luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and good blackout curtains. The shower facilities were excellent, with a comfortable walk-in shower and nice fragranced soap and shower gel. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Enjoyed the spacious and modern room with a large bathtub and convenient location for exploring the city. Despite some construction noise, I appreciated the Hilton Honors program offering a combination of points and money for the stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The service provided by the staff is top-notch as they make sure to exceed the expectations of their customers. They are always proactive in their approach to provide immaculate customer service. The beautiful and consistent decor of the hotel is inspired by the jungle which adds to the uniqueness of the venue. The amenities provided such as soundproofed rooms, terrace, turkish bath make the stay here luxurious and comfortable.

Recommending this venue to all who are looking for a perfect stay in the city.

Fairly clean hotel, tasty breakfast, the location is unbeatable so close to shopping area and railway station, the old town, the centre/ bars and restaurants. I loved approachable personnel that ensures guests have an excellent stay.

We loved our stay at Indigo! The decor was amazing, with a beautiful jungle/plant theme throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The family room was spacious and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast had a good selection, and the granola was delicious. The location was central, making it easy to explore Brussels.

Nice overall experience. The staff was accommodating, the hotel was clean and placed in a central part of the city really close to the park and the main shopping street and shopping area and metro station, restaurants and shops. The location was decent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was perfect and there was plenty of food to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Rogier Metro station, just across the road where all the shops start, and within walking distance to all sightseeing places. The breakfast is great with an excellent hot/cold buffet, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The room facilities include a good hairdryer, a TV with international channels, iron, and ironing board.

Some areas of the room could use refreshing and have signs of damp on the walls.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including an iron, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and bathrobes. We even had a bathtub in our room, just as we had requested. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with a couple of offerings at this hotel. the location was ideal, being centrally located and close to shopping areas and attractions. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the holiday decorations added a festive touch to the hotel, creating a cozy and cheerful environment for guests.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked certain amenities like drawers for clothing.
